Syntax:

show vlan filter [access-map name | vlan vlan-id] [ | {begin | exclude | include} expression]

 

Syntax Description:

access-mapname (Optional) Display filtering information for the specified VLAN access map.
vlanvlan-id (Optional) Display filtering information for the specified VLAN.
begin (Optional) Display begins with the line that matches the expression.
exclude (Optional) Display excludes lines that match the expression.
include (Optional) Display includes lines that match the specified expression.
expression Expression in the output to use as a reference point.

 

Command Description:

Use the show vlan filter privileged EXEC command to display information about all virtual LAN (VLAN) filters or about a particular VLAN or VLAN access map.

Expressions are case sensitive. For example, if you enter | exclude output, the lines that contain output are not displayed, but the lines that contain Output are displayed.


Example:

The following is sample output from the show vlan filter command:

Switch# show vlan filter

VLAN Map map_1 is filtering VLANs:
  20-22
