Syntax:

show key chain [name-of-chain]

 

Syntax Description:

name-of-chain (Optional) Name of the key chain to display, as named in the key chain command.
column1 row 2 column 2 row2

 

Command Description:

To display authentication key information, use the show key chain command in EXEC mode.


Example:

The following is sample output from the show key chain command:

Router#show key chain
Key-chain trees:
key 1 -- text "chestnut"
accept lifetime (always valid) - (always valid) [valid now]
send lifetime (always valid) - (always valid) [valid now]
key 2 -- text "birch"
accept lifetime (00:00:00 Dec 5 1995) - (23:59:59 Dec 5 1995)
