Syntax:

dshow ip ospf request-list [neighbor] [interface] [interface-neighbor]

 

Syntax Description:

neighbor (Optional) Displays the list of all LSAs requested by the router from this neighbor.
interface (Optional) Displays the list of all LSAs requested by the router from this interface.
interface-neighbor (Optional) Displays the list of all LSAs requested by the router on this interface, from this neighbor.

 

Command Description:

To display a list of all link-state advertisements (LSAs) requested by a router, use the show ip ospf request-list command in EXEC mode. The information displayed by the show ip ospf request-list command is useful in debugging OSPF routing operations.


Example:

The following is sample output from the show ip ospf request-list command:

Router#show ip ospf request-list serial 0
OSPF Router with ID (192.168.1.11) (Process ID 1)
Neighbor 192.168.1.12, interface Serial0 address 172.16.1.12
Type LS ID   ADV RTR   Seq NO Age Checksum
