host address [mask | prefix-length]
address Specifies the address of the client. mask (Optional) Specifies the network mask of the client. prefix-length (Optional) Specifies the number of bits that comprise the address prefix. The prefix is an alternative way of specifying the network mask of the client. The prefix length must be preceded by a forward slash (/).
Use this command to specify the IP address and network mask for a manual binding to a DHCP client. To remove the IP address of the client, use the no form of this command.
The following example specifies 10.12.1.99 as the IP address of the client and 255.255.248.0 as the subnet mask:Router(dhcp-config)#host 10.12.1.99 255.255.248.0
